Raymond is the Project and Resource Manager for SVA Consulting, LLC., a member of the SVA family of companies.

Raymond has over 20 years of experience in financial applications, services, and support.

As the Project and Resource Manager, Raymond oversees the entire process of client business solution implementations from the early stages of project team organization to post-project client follow-up. His expertise involves many activities including organizing the project team, developing the team’s roles and responsibilities, developing the implementation project plan, determining project communication standards, coordinating schedules, monitoring budgets, establishing project completion criteria, and conducting client post-project follow-up.
