THE STORY

Established in 1981 and headquartered in Middleton, WI, the North Central Group owns and operates more than 25 award-winning hotels under multiple franchise brands, specializing in premium select service hotels within the Hilton and Marriott family of brands. Over the course of 34 years, North Central Group has also successfully developed over 50 upscale select service hotels throughout the Midwest and Southwest. They have received the Hilton Lifetime Achievement Award which recognizes a multi-brand developer of the year, as well as the Marriott Partnership Circle Award which honors those developers that embody Marriott’s vision and long-term commitment to the brand.

As this closely-held firm grew its properties, management services and hotel development, the core infrastructure and how the company’s daily operations functioned needed to grow and flex as well. SVA Consulting positioned itself as a strategic partner in evaluating and maximizing operational efficiencies. They built internal control systems, implemented business applications, selected BI tools to create a clear vision into revenue and profitability performance metrics, plus provided reporting tools that confirm viability and a strong future of the organization to owners and potential investors. The end result has been a long-term business relationship of 13 years and going strong!
