Ben is the Director of IT Services for SVA Consulting, LLC, a member of the SVA family of companies.

Ben understands data, integration and the interconnectivity of business functions. He works with the SVA Consulting team and their clients to understand each client’s business goals, vision and requirements. Ben then marries them with the right technology and processes to deliver solutions that show results. 

He works diligently to ensure the vision and strategy allow agility, sustainability and longevity, and are dynamic so they weather the rapid changes in the technology industry.

Ben knows firsthand the importance and complexity of having the right technology, but also the right processes and procedures in place to ensure data centers and systems operate with excellence. 

With over 20 years of practical business and technology experience, Ben’s approach is understanding the business and the people, and finding a technology solution that fits. Through transparent communication and established Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices, the technology becomes an integrated extension of the business.

Ben serves as the Vice President on the Board of Directors for Unity of Appleton.

Personal

Outside of work, Ben is active with his family, including his wife Jen, and three kids. Weekends are spent exploring the outdoors, fishing, and hiking. Indoors, you will find Ben sitting down and studying something to do with personal mastery, growth, and wellness.
