Chris is the Director of Program Engagement with SVA Consulting, LLC, a member of the SVA family of companies.
In his role, Chris manages the delivery of programs by leading project teams and ensuring effective stakeholder communication and business engagement.
Chris serves as the primary point of contact for status reporting and facilitates strong relationships with third-party contributors to manage projects schedules, risks and issues.
With decades of experience, Chris is able to leverage his knowledge to design and deliver technology solutions which solve complex business challenges. Having participated on project teams in diverse roles ranging from software developer to program manager, he is able to effectively communicate through all levels of organizations.
