Johnson Health Tech’s passion doesn’t stop with manufacturing; service is equally important. SVA Consulting was brought in to create a marketing automation customer service management system that would ensure service stays high after the sale.

SVA Consulting implemented a marketing automation system deeply integrated with their internal CRM system to ensure service quality.  Using an automated survey distribution system, Johnson Health Tech tracks customer service satisfaction for the parts order and technician repair processes.  If a customer has a less than perfect service experience, the issue is immediately tracked and routed to a JHT manager for immediate resolution.  The Measurable Result – higher customer satisfaction and higher than ever brand loyalty!
