Established in 1981 and headquartered in Middleton, WI, the North Central Group owns and operates more than 25 award-winning hotels under multiple franchise brands, specializing in premium select service hotels within the Hilton and Marriott family of brands. Over the course of 34 years, North Central Group has also successfully developed over 50 upscale select service hotels throughout the Midwest and Southwest United States. They have received the Hilton Lifetime Achievement Award which recognizes a multi-brand developer of the year, as well as the Marriott Partnership Circle Award which honors those developers that embody Marriott’s vision and long-term commitment to the brand.

As this closely-held firm grew its properties, management services and hotel development, the core infrastructure and how the company’s daily operations functioned needed to grow and flex as well. SVA Consulting positioned itself as a strategic partner in evaluating and maximizing operational efficiencies through the use of strategic IT.
