SVA Consulting Introduces SVA Bio-Ops

SVA Consulting, LLC, and Bio-Ops, Inc., have joined forces under a new Emerging Life Science (ELS) consulting brand, SVA Bio-Ops.

The mission of SVA Bio-Ops is to help leaders of ELS companies make the major transformation from R&D to launch-ready commercial operations. SVA Bio-Ops does this by designing and building the business operations and technology infrastructure needed to bring a new product to market as well as support rapid growth after successful product launch.

Al Swarts, founder of Bio-Ops, is the ELS Commercialization Strategist. Al has over 40 years of experience leading life science organizations from inception to market launch and beyond. He provides clients the value of his many lessons learned to help them avoid pitfalls and make timely, well-informed commercialization strategy and implementation decisions. Andrew DeMarco is the ELS Group Leader. Andrew has over 20 years of business and consulting experience, with specific expertise in Medical Affairs, launching new businesses and business/IT integration. Al, Andrew and the entire SVA Consulting team understand the reality of building a company on a tight timeline and have proven methodologies to do it.
