SVA is proud to announce the hiring of Jennifer Hoege, MBA as its new Chief Operating Officer.
Jennifer will lead the operational areas of SVA with an eye on process optimization and creating the ideal client experience. Her talent for rapidly, accurately and effectively assessing systems and cost-effective changes enhances both internal and external client service.
She believes identifying opportunities to strengthen employee engagement leads to a productive and engaged workplace for SVA’s employees. The goal is to recruit and retain the best and brightest employees and provide a culture that encourages learning and growth. In turn, this reflects in how SVA provides client service.
Jennifer works closely with SVA’s leadership to identify and operationalize strategic priorities. She has a deep understanding of and ability to accurately interpret complex regulatory requirements. She works closely with leadership in the operational areas to align the priorities around the goals of the organization.
