Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is the highest level of business process improvement. It’s a step-by-step method of interventions and statistical tools that allows companies to understand which business processes are not performing as needed, identify root causes of problems, and sustain gains in improvements.
Black Belt graduates are skilled in using quantitative analysis, communication, stakeholder relations, change management, and project leadership as cornerstones to problem-solving instead of relying on intuition and emotion. They are highly sought-after individuals because they know that in order to improve business results, you have to improve processes.
