SVA’s Hanson and Hayes Present at BIOMEDevice Event

SVA Principals Tim Hanson and Andrea Hayes recently presented Achieving Operational Excellence: Transforming Business Systems with a Prescriptive Approach at the BIOMEDevice Event in Santa Clara, CA.

During the session, Tim and Andrea discussed strategies to grow business and achieve operational excellence. They shared their four-step process to helping organizations plan for the future and transform their business systems, as laid out in the diagram below. While the steps are simple and familiar, their execution can be fraught and difficult. Tim and Andrea shared common pitfalls and best practices to make transformation achievable and future-proof.

 

Tim has more than 20 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, production management, and supply-chain efficiency. Coupled with his strong IT and software development experience, he is able to design, develop, and implement integrated solutions to meet his clients’ unique needs. By understanding a client's business environment and corporate goals, Tim utilizes current technology to cost effectively streamline processes, reduce operating costs and maximize a client’s profitability.

Andrea has been with SVA Consulting for five years and has a diverse background merging analytics, consulting, and strategy. She has played a pivotal role in numerous, large scale, ERP, analytics, and data integration implementations across a variety of industries.
