In modern times, hackers have been starting to attack through email in hidden ways.
SVA Consulting is helping clients understand the security landscape, giving them the options they can implement into their organizations to help protect against these threats. It can be a tough thing to handle, as you have people attacking while equipment manufacturers come in with a bit of a fear-based strategy.
As a result, SVA is launching a new cybersecurity brand. What this may be doing differently from other similar organizations is informing clients of all their options. This is going against some more bulldozer strategies where an organization may force-feed its ideas to their clients.
This way of doing things is all dependent on knowing the client and, most importantly, understanding the needs of that client. After the client’s needs are understood, SVA can then present a management plan tailored to that specific client. This includes education on the issue and the ways to combat it.
This is currently different from the marketplace, as SVA is giving its clients education, which will make those clients more well-suited to deal with similar issues in the future. These clients can choose what they are comfortable with, and which will be most successful for them individually.
This is not a one-size-fits-all strategy. But it does give clients the education and preparedness for when future attacks may, and inevitably will, happen.
