Brooklyn leads clients through comprehensive system assessments to evaluate current capabilities and identify the technologies and processes required for launch readiness. Once a clear future-state vision is established, she develops and executes strategies to evaluate vendors, implement systems, and establish effective governance frameworks. Throughout the process, she ensures that policies, procedures, and training programs align with both compliance requirements and operational goals.
As a program manager, Brooklyn maintains a holistic view of each engagement – connecting systems strategy to broader commercialization and launch objectives.
