With over 20 years of experience, Tim has a strong background in warehouse management, inventory control, production management, and supply-chain efficiency. Coupled with his strong IT and software development experience, he is able to design, develop, and implement integrated solutions to meet his clients’ unique needs.
As a specialist in wholesale distribution and manufacturing industries, Tim works with clients to improve operational efficiency. He assists them by implementing commercial or custom-designed software thereby helping companies to improve warehouse and plant efficiency, increase inventory and order fulfillment accuracy, optimize resources, control product cost and quality, as well as simplify production.
By understanding a client's business environment and corporate goals, Tim utilizes current technology to cost effectively streamline processes, reduce operating costs and maximize a client’s profitability.
