SVA Consulting’s Bryan Bechtoldt and Andrew Petrasko will present a session at the Wisconsin Transportation Builders Association’s Contractor-Engineer Conference on January 30, 2020. The presentation, titled Building Trust Through Communication for Multi-Generational Organizations, will discuss today’s workplace dynamics that combine many different generations of workers whose habits, values, priorities, and communication styles can be at odds. Attendees of this session will walk away with the knowledge of how good companies harness this diversity to succeed and grow.
Bryan is the President and Principal for SVA Consulting, LLC, a member of the SVA family of companies. In his role, Bryan works with SVA’s clients to help them prepare their organization for transformation through shaping vision and development of implementation strategies. To this process, Bryan brings a broad set of knowledge from both practical business experience and academia. This combined knowledge often times allows Bryan to position differentiated thought to a growth based or problem solving exercise.
Andrew is a Principal with SVA Consulting, LLC. In his role, he assists his clients with diagnosing complex problems and works collaboratively with stakeholders to envision and deliver effective solutions. He has proven execution skills in high velocity cycles and successfully manages programs for large engagements. He specializes in stakeholder relationship management and facilitates strong relationships across diverse groups of people to ensure effective communication and business engagement.
