Gibsons was referred to SVA Consulting when they were using traditional ERP software. Gibsons is an iconic, award winning bar and steak house in Chicago that celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2014. As their notoriety grew, so did Gibsons who morphed into a restaurant “group” with growing business and technology needs.
As Gibsons expanded, they needed systems to scale, financial functions to centralize, strategic consulting around reporting, strategies around their computing environments, advice on how to mitigate risk and guidance around sustainable technology.
