Fore Supply Company (Fore Supply) is a leading locker room supply distributor in the United States. Fore Supply has been serving country clubs, hotels, resorts, spas, fitness centers, and sports teams for more than 78 years, and proudly serves more than 9,000 customers today. The company was founded in 1945 by George and Helen Thein, operating out of their garage. The operation has since expanded tremendously, and now serves a national clientele out of a 20,000 square foot warehouse in Addison, Illinois.

Through extensive growth, the company remains a family-run operation, upholding the principles of the founders to deal honestly and fairly with customers and employees alike. Every day, Fore Supply strives “to combine friendly, knowledgeable, customer service with the broadest, high quality product line at the most competitive prices possible.”

Fore Supply’s digital transformation began in early 2022, when SVA Consulting helped them migrate to Acumatica, a modern, cloud ERP system. Following this implementation, Fore Supply continued working with SVA Consulting to re-vamp their eCommerce presence by leveraging the modern eCommerce platform, BigCommerce.

"We had a very antiquated system that was in place for a number of years. We had to find something that was going to carry us into the next 10, 12, 15 years,” says Kirk Dahlen, General Manager of Fore Supply Company. “We had a long-standing relationship with SVA prior to that. By going to them, we knew that they would come up with the solution we needed."

Through the BigCommerce implementation, SVA Consulting worked with Fore Supply to understand their eCommerce wants and needs, identify areas of improvement, introduce best practices, enhance their online storefront, and provide their customers with a better eCommerce experience. 

Within a year, Fore Supply became a leading-edge user of technology, and went through a full digital transformation, implementing an integrated ERP, eCommerce, and CRM solution, thus bettering both front-office and back-office operations to increase sales, improve customer experience, and ultimately uphold their founding principles.

“Before we implemented Acumatica and BigCommerce, we were a very labor-intensive operation, with lots of paperwork, a lot of redundancies, a lot of inefficiencies,” says Brad Thein, Owner and President of Fore Supply Company. “By moving into the systems we're in now, everything goes much faster and much smoother.”


In working with SVA Consulting to undergo a full digital transformation, Fore Supply saw both front-office and back-office measurable results. With a new, modern eCommerce site, customer experience on their site has increased tremendously. In the first year since implementation, orders originating from their eCommerce site have doubled. With an integrated eCommerce, ERP, and CRM, Fore Supply has been able to streamline their order to cash process and increase data accuracy and customer relationships across platforms. With integrated systems, Fore Supply can maintain a single source of truth for data such as products, product images and descriptions, inventory levels, customer records, orders, payment methods, shipping methods, taxes, and more.

Today, Fore Supply spends less time on data entry, order fulfillment, and maintenance, and more time serving their customers and continuing to grow the family-run organization for generations to come.
