SVA Consulting implemented a marketing automation system deeply integrated with their internal CRM system to ensure service quality. Using an automated survey distribution system, Johnson Health Tech tracks customer service satisfaction for the parts order and technician repair processes.

If a customer has a less than perfect service experience, the issue is immediately tracked and routed to a JHT manager for immediate resolution.
