Matt is the Director of Supply Chain Services and Operations at SVA Life Sciences, a member of the SVA family of companies.

He has extensive experience designing and leading global supply chain strategies for life sciences and biopharmaceutical organizations. He specializes in helping biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies build scalable, compliant supply chain operations as they transition from clinical development to commercialization.

Matt brings deep expertise in supply chain strategy, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), demand forecasting, and inventory management within highly regulated environments. He has led the design and implementation of scalable supply chain operating models that support global sourcing, logistics, distribution, and contract manufacturing networks, while ensuring alignment with quality, regulatory, and financial objectives.

His experience includes implementing enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, Acumatica, and Veeva to enable efficient and GMP-compliant supply chain operations. Matt also supports commercial launch readiness efforts, partnering with cross-functional teams across supply chain, manufacturing, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, quality, and commercial functions to prepare organizations for successful global product launches.

Matt has experience supporting organizations across multiple industries, including life sciences and biopharma, cell and gene therapy, medical device, healthcare and senior living, global consumer product manufacturing, and the defense and aerospace sector.
