SVAC Acumatica clients now have access to our new Support Portal, making it easier to submit and track support requests.

Cases are monitored during business hours and routed to the appropriate resource for timely assistance.

The portal provides greater visibility than email alone, allowing you to view current and past cases, monitor status, review details, and see the assigned consultant—all in one place.

You can continue to submit support requests either through the Support Portal or by emailing support@svaconsulting.com.

If you do not currently have access to the Support Portal and would like to be set up, please email support@svaconsulting.com. As a best practice, we recommend limiting portal access to 2–3 users per client organization.

Amazon Expands Logistics Services Beyond Its Marketplace

Amazon is expanding beyond e-commerce and further into logistics, now offering shipping and LTL services to businesses outside its marketplace. For Acumatica customers using EasyPost, Amazon Shipping is already available as a supported carrier option. As Amazon grows its logistics footprint, it may create new opportunities to diversify carrier strategies.

FedEx Integration Update

Acumatica's direct FedEx integration remains available, but it is no longer actively supported. If FedEx is a key part of your shipping operations, now may be a good time to review your current processes and understand the options available moving forward, including multi-carrier solutions such as EasyPost. Taking a proactive approach now can help minimize future disruptions and ensure your shipping processes remain flexible and well-supported.
