SVA Consulting is proud to support Brooke Ruland as she prepares to represent Team USA at the 2026 IPF NAPF Championships, taking place August 2-8, 2026 in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.
Brooke, the daughter of Mike Ruland, a Practice Manager at SVA Consulting, is one of the nation’s top collegiate women’s powerlifters. At just 5’3”, she recently posted an impressive 1,063.7 pound total and has earned the opportunity to compete on the world stage as a member of Team USA.
A graduate of Midland University, Brooke is continuing her academic and professional journey at Carroll University, where she is pursuing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. In addition to competing at an elite level, Brooke gives back to the sport by coaching young lifters and serving as a certified national powerlifting judge across Wisconsin.
