SVA Consulting President Bryan Bechtoldt has received a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California (USC).
The Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Change and Leadership program is designed for current and emerging leaders looking to promote learning in workplace environments and to drive systemic change in organizational settings.
Bryan has mastered the curriculum in the organizational change and leadership program which includes exploring how learning occurs in formal and informal workplace settings, examining effective strategies for facilitating organizational change, and creating systems that produce more effective, adaptable, and competitive organizations.
Bryan is the President and Principal for SVA Consulting, LLC, a member of the SVA family of companies. In his role, Bryan works with SVA’s clients to help them prepare their organization for transformation through shaping vision and development of implementation strategies. To this process, he brings a broad set of knowledge from both practical business experience and academia. This combined knowledge often times allows Bryan to position differentiated thought to a growth based or problem solving exercise.
