SVA Consulting professionals Andrea Hayes and Jon Rosene recently presented The Road to Successful Business Transformation: Challenges & Strategies at the WICPA (Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants) Business & Industry Spring Conference.

During the session, Andrea and Jon explored common challenges organizations face when implementing an ERP system and how to overcome them by anchoring the process in core business objectives. They discussed how a clear strategic foundation ensures a more effective, scalable, and value-driven transformation, rather than allowing technology to dictate the path.

Andrea is a Principal and has a diverse background merging analytics, consulting, and strategy. She has played a pivotal role in numerous large-scale ERP, analytics, and data integration implementations across a variety of industries.

Jon is a Practice Manager of Business Applications. In his role, his focus is to understand his clients’ organizational capabilities, requirements, targets, and constraints to develop a purposeful solution while leveraging technology and standardized methodologies as appropriate.
