SVA Consulting President Bryan Bechtoldt, MS, EdD will be a featured guest lecturer at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Lee Business School on September 21, 2020.
Bryan’s presentation, titled How to Build With the Outcome in Mind, will discuss business intelligence from a business-first perspective. Business intelligence (BI) is more than just analytics, numbers, and using BI tools. It’s the process of getting the right information out of systems and into the hands of decision makers. Bryan will start the conversation by determining which business questions have value in answering and then a system is designed that answers those questions.
Bryan is the President and Principal for SVA Consulting, LLC, a member of the SVA family of companies. In his role, Bryan works with SVA’s clients to help them prepare their organization for transformation through shaping vision and development of implementation strategies. To this process, he brings a broad set of knowledge from both practical business experience and academia. This combined knowledge often times allows Bryan to position differentiated thought to a growth based or problem solving exercise.
