Titan Conveyors Builds a Stronger Foundation for Growth with Acumatica and SVA Consulting

"We had a seamless go live with Acumatica, and it was because of SVA. The one thing SVA did upfront was really understand our business, and that made it much easier because there was no second-guessing how things happened within the software."

Building Efficiency into the Business

Since 1981, Titan Conveyors has manufactured industrial conveyor systems for OEMs, distributors, and integrators across a wide range of industries. With 15 product lines and roughly 60 individual conveyor types, the business depends on speed, accuracy, and visibility to keep production moving and customers satisfied.

As Titan continued to grow, its internal systems struggled to keep pace. Disconnected software, manual processes, and data scattered across multiple places made it harder for teams to access the information they needed and complete work efficiently.

Titan needed a modern ERP system that could bring its operations together, support complex quoting and billing needs, and give the business a scalable platform for future growth. That’s where Acumatica and SVA Consulting came in.

Disconnected Systems and Data Islands

Before implementing Acumatica, Titan Conveyors was relying on multiple systems that did not communicate with one another. Information lived in separate places, creating what Vincenzo Speziale, CEO of Titan Conveyors, described as “data islands” across the business.

That lack of integration made everyday work more difficult. Employees had to jump between systems, re-check information, and complete extra steps to finalize processes. Simple actions could take multiple clicks, progress payments were difficult to track, accounts receivable was harder to manage, and scheduling relied on Microsoft Excel instead of live system data.

For a company built around speed, these inefficiencies created real operational pressure. Titan’s customers often need quotes quickly so they can turn around and serve their own end users. Any delay in the quoting process could mean a missed opportunity.

“We had disjointed systems that we were trying to run the business on, and none of them talked to each other,” said Vincenzo. “It was very hard to make sure we were getting everything when it came to finalizing process and putting that rubber stamp on everything.”

Titan also needed better access to data across departments, including sales, engineering, finance, purchasing, inventory, and leadership. The business had outgrown fragmented tools and needed a single source of truth.

A Unified ERP Platform Implemented by a Trusted Local Partner

Titan selected Acumatica for its flexibility, ease of use, and ability to bring critical business processes into one system. Just as important, Titan chose SVA Consulting as its implementation partner because of the trust built early in the process. SVA Consulting came highly recommended, and Titan valued working with a Wisconsin-based team that could be onsite quickly and understand the business firsthand.

“Our relationship with SVA is built on trust, and that was from day one,” said Vincenzo. “When I met the SVA team, it was just a different feeling within the room. Having somebody that is able to travel to Titan Conveyors in less than a couple hours and be here on site just gave our entire team a different level of comfort.”

During the selection process, SVA demonstrated its ability to address one of Titan’s most challenging operational needs: scheduling. By mocking up what Titan’s schedule could look like inside Acumatica, SVA Consulting helped the team see how the software could replace manual Excel-based processes with live, connected information.

With SVA Consulting’s guidance, Titan implemented Acumatica as a centralized platform for operations, financials, quoting, receivables, inventory visibility, and reporting. The system gave users a “single pane of glass” to access the information they needed without relying on disconnected tools or manual workarounds.

SVA’s process also helped Titan prepare for a successful launch. The team invested the time upfront to understand Titan’s business, map out the right processes, and ensure users were ready to perform core business functions on day one.

Streamlined Operations, Faster Quoting, and a Seamless Go-Live

With Acumatica in place, Titan Conveyors has improved efficiency across the company. Teams now have faster access to data, fewer manual steps, and a more streamlined way to manage daily work.

“We’ve increased our efficiency gains operationally across the entire company, whether it be sales, engineering, finance, purchasing,” said Vincenzo. “Everything’s in one single pane of glass. We’ve been able to take our entire process and implement it within the software, and we’ve been able to get rid of all these data islands.”

Accounts receivable has become significantly easier to manage. Progress payments that once required separate tracking can now be invoiced directly through the system and coded in a way that gives the finance team better visibility.

The sales team has also gained speed and flexibility. Titan can now quote larger systems more quickly, helping customers receive information within hours or days. That speed matters in a business where customers rely on Titan’s quotes to serve their own end users.

Leadership has benefited as well and can now access the data they need directly from Acumatica, from any device, without relying as heavily on others to gather information. That visibility helps leadership stay closer to the details of the business and make more informed decisions.

Titan’s go-live was another major success. On day one, the team was able to enter quotes, invoice customers, collect cash, process shop floor orders, engineer bills of material, order product, and complete the core business functions needed to operate. Go-live was seamless thanks in part to SVA Consulting’s preparation, process, and understanding of Titan’s business.

Most importantly, Titan is now positioned to scale more effectively. Instead of adding administrative headcount as the business grows, the company can do more with the team it has and add people where they are needed most: in manufacturing.

As Vincenzo put it, Acumatica gives Titan the ability to “work on the business” instead of only “in the business.” With connected systems, better visibility, and a trusted partner in SVA Consulting, Titan Conveyors has built a stronger foundation for continued growth.
